Which industries and employers do you work with?

FoxLAD works with employers, HR and talent teams, CRAs and screening providers, and staffing organizations across industries with ongoing hiring or safety-sensitive screening needs. We help programs with non-regulated and regulated service elements and tailor our approach to add value to your organization.

What types of drug tests do you offer?

We offer a variety of drug testing options for non-regulated (non-DOT) and regulated (DOT) programs. We can offer oral fluid tests and eProctoring directly as well as urine, oral and hair testing through our clinical partners. We offer “standard” 4, 5, 9 and 10 panel drug tests and can consider custom or expanded panel offerings also.

Can you support multiple locations or a remote workforce?

Yes. We coordinate on-site, decentralized, and eProctored testing models so a single program can flex across regions, facilities, and remote or hard-to-reach candidates.

Do we need to replace our current screening process?

Not necessarily. FoxLAD can coordinate alongside existing vendors and workflows, or help design a new model if you’re starting fresh or consolidating providers.

Is there a minimum hiring volume to get started?

No set minimum. We work with employers ranging from a single site with steady hiring to multi-location, high-volume programs, and size the model to fit.

What if we don’t do any drug or health screening in our business today?

If you’re interested in expanding into any element of drug or occupational health screening, FoxLAD would be the perfect partner for you. We offer evidence-based, data-driven and industry-leading consulting as a service to help you get started. Our team has worked with small, mid-sized and enterprise-level customers at varying stages of their program.

What happens after we reach out?

We start by scheduling a complementary introduction call to understand your current program, hiring volume, and locations. We then walk you through a program design that fits before anything moves forward.
